While traveling Ana and I mix sprints into our workouts about 3 times per week. Even when at home, we are commonly found on local hills which make the sprinting even harder! If I had to pick one exercise to keep me in shape for the rest of my life, it would be sprints! Here are 7 reasons to convince you to do sprints weekly.
