How to See Lisbon, Portugal Over Three Days- Fitness Version!
Here's our three day itinerary for Lisbon, Portugal. Drumroll, please...

Day 1:
Start your morning with a hike up to the Castle of São Jorge for panoramic views of the city.
After your hike, take a break and refuel with a traditional Portuguese lunch at a local restaurant.
In the afternoon, take a bike tour of the city to see the sights or hit the weights at Fitness Hut!
End the day with a yoga class, calisthenics, or a swim in the ocean at Praia do Tamariz.

Day 2:
Start your day with a run along the waterfront at Praia de Carcavelos.
After your run, take a break and refuel with a traditional Portuguese breakfast at a local café.
In the afternoon, take a surf lesson at Praia do Guincho or a stand-up paddleboarding tour of the River Tejo.
End the day with a yoga class at a local studio.

Day 3:
Start your day with a hike in the nearby Sintra-Cascais Natural Park.
After your hike, take a break and refuel with a traditional Portuguese lunch at a local restaurant.
In the afternoon, take a kayaking tour of the River Tejo or a rock climbing lesson at Parque das Nações (the latter being my choice).
End the day with a strength training class or a yoga class at a local gym.
Note: Make sure to check opening hours and availability of the places you want to visit and book in advance if possible.
